Frequently Asked Questions.

When will I receive my order?

All products are handmade and so order processing is 3-5 working days and shipping time is 3-5 working days. Altogether roughly you should receive your order within 10 working days.

I have forgotten to add a product to an order what should I do?

Please email us with your order number in the subject field, tell us what you have forgotten and we will add it to your current order and send you an invoice to pay the remaining difference. Orders will not be processed until the remaining balance is paid in full. 

If I place two orders in short succession will the delivery be combined?

No, all orders are processed in order and postage is paid for and printed once weekly. If you have ordered twice and paid two separate postage fees your orders will be packed and posted individually.

Can I track my order?

We do not currently offer any tracked postage service. All Royal Mail second class post comes with a reference number, unfortunately this does not allow you to track your order but it is updated when a delivery attempt has been made or missed or when your parcel has been delivered.

Can I request next day dispatch?

No, we do not offer a next day or rush option for dispatch under any circumstances so please do not email requesting this. All products are handmade to order, there unfortunately is no time for this option. 

My order was damaged in transit what should I do?

If any of your prodcuts have been damaged during transit please immediately take pictures as evidence for Royal Mail, email us with the evidence and name which products have been damaged and whether you would like a replacement or refund. If the product is completely destroyed we ask you to dispose of it responsibly, recycling what glass/plastic parts you can. if not we ask you to return the product to us before a refund or replacement is processed. The shipping fee will be refunded. 

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin ?

Yes most all our products are suitable for sensitive skin, we advise those with sensitive skin avoid our few perfumed products or do a small patch test.

How long do your products last?

If stored correctly our products will last a minimum of 3 Months, all products state to be stored in a cool dry place. some products such as the elderberry syrup should be refrigerated once opened. Cool dry places do not include bathrooms or kitchens as these are rooms that the temperature often changes rapidly, cooling an heating.

I have received the wrong item, what should I do?

Please contact us immediately with your order number and a picture of the incorrect item. We will offer you two options, a refund or a replacement.

To process the refund/replacement you will need to return the incorrect item to the address provided. Postage will be paid for.

If you are happy to keep the incorrect item just let us know.

Why should I have to send the incorrect item back?

You do not have to send the incorrect item back, but an exchange/refund can not be processed whilst you still have the wrong item.

You would then have two items having only paid for 1.  So if you would like your original item and the incorrect item we can invoice you the amount of the incorrect item.

Once the balance is paid we will process the dispatch of the correct item.

I don't have time to return an item but I want my refund/replacement.

We can book with Royal Mail for your parcel to be collected from your home. You will just need to print and attach the returns label to the box.

Do you offer discounts if I buy more than one of an item? 

No, the only concession that we offer is on wholesale products, brought at a minimum of 20 pieces.

Can I stock your products from my drop shipping website?

Yes, we do offer this service. please contact us via email to organise a rate that is best for your business.

Do you ship internationally?

Not anymore. we currently only ship within the UK and the
EU due to the long customs wait in some further away countries.

Where do you source your packaging, products and containers from? 

Product research is conducted by our team and we do not share the information of our suppliers as this is not something we have found without time and money being spent. 

Are all of your products organic?

Yes, all of the ingredients used to make our products are organic.

Are the bottles and jars you use recyclable?

Yes all our materials are recyclable, reusable and eco friendly. 

How do I go about recycling my products?

When you have finished your product wash out the jar or bottle with warm soapy water, allow it to dry and remove the label. if the container is glass recycle the lid and label separately in the plastic section and the jar/bottle in the glass section. 

Are your products suitable for children ?

our products are suitable for children 6mnths+

Do you use alcohol in your products?

No we do not use alcohol under any circumstances. we do not use, sulphates, parabens or silicones.
